Hi everyone! Like every year around this time in February, I just spent over a couple hours trying to figure out how American football works. What’s more important, trying to figure out why they call it football if they use their hands and a melon-like object. Jokes aside, it’s not a secret that I’m not a sports guy. We can leave that to the one and only Alex! The only reason why I watch this game is because it’s such a great show!

Super Bowl 2014

I got pretty distracted with the scores, but I know the victory was for the Seahawks of Seattle, who won by a very decent difference. However, the most important player for me was Bruno Mars, followed by the legendary Red Hot Chili Peppers… what a great half time show!

Halftime Show Super Bowl 2014

I have to say Mr. Mars had a very rough challenge, preceding a spectacular Beyonce performance from last year. Did he succeed? Watch the clip and judge yourselves:

In my opinion, he did an awesome performance! And yes, you saw it right, the Red Hot Chili Peppers were there too. What a great combination. No one can deny that Bruno Mars is absolutely talented. He can play, sing and thanks to this performance I also found out he’s a great dancer too.

I also have to say that big part of the success of the show is the production behind the singer. Year after year I am absolutely astonished with how fast they set up such as humongous show! One minute there’s just grass and big guys tossing a ball, and the next minute Bruno Mars is surrounded by dancers, musicians, screens, lights, fireworks… Amazing!

I hope you enjoyed the game, the halftime show and the chicken wings that you must have with it! Thanks for reading and see you soon!
